Flynn Sports Management Event Management

Flynn Sports Management has been involved with event management as well as athlete representation. The following is a list of some of the events FSM has helped organize:
 
USA v. The Americas Track and Field Meet, 1997-98 Gateshead, England
 
Flynn Sports Management assisted the British Athletic Federation and served as the elite coordinator for the America's Team, which was comprised of athletes from the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
 
One to One Challenge of Champions, 1997 Toronto, Canada
 
The race to determine the Worlds Fastest Man between Michael Johnson and Donovan Bailey was also the richest payday the sport of track and field has ever seen. The winner, Donovan Bailey, walked away with a prize of $1,000,000. Flynn Sports Management was responsible for organizing the elite athlete field for each undercard event and served as technical consultant to the event management.
 
Mobil Grand Prix Indoor Track and Field Meet, 1996-97 Fairfax, Virginia
 
Meet management called on the services of FSM to serve as the technical and elite athlete consultant for one of the world's elite track and field indoor events at George Mason University. This event was continually ranked among the top Indoor Meets in the World.
 
Jakarta IAAF Permit Track and Field Meeting, 1995-97 Jakarta, Indonesia
 
Following the success of previous events in Jakarta, FSM once again provided meet management with their services in organizing the elite athlete fields for each track and field event.
 
Olympic Games Training Site, 1996 Johnson City, Tennessee
 
Flynn Sports Management organized all aspects of this training camp that aided the athletes from the Olympic Teams of Jamaica, Norway, Mozambique, and Sweden in their preparation for the Atlanta Olympics.
 
USAir Indoor Grand Prix Track and Field Meet, 1994-96 Johnson City, Tennessee
 
Being labeled one of the largest indoor track meets in America, Flynn Sports Management handled every facet of meet organization and management, as well as securing all elite athlete participation and corporate and television sponsorship. One of the highlights of the 1995 meet was the breaking of the world record in the 100m. The winner received a new Porsche 944.
 
Sydney Road Mile, 1993 Sydney, Australia
 
Flynn Sports Management served as the elite athlete coordinator for this event.
 
U.S. 10K Road Championships, 1993 Kingsport, Tennessee
 
FSM worked closely with the U.S. road race organizers to negotiate and secure television and corporate sponsorships.
 
Bob Hasan 10K, 1992-94 Jakarta, Indonesia
 
This road race in Jakarta was the second of three projects in Indonesia. FSM secured valuable sponsorship from Mobil Corporation, coordinated television contracts, and served as the elite athlete coordinator for the World's Richest Road Race, which awarded the winner $500,000 for a New 10k World Record.
 
Million Dollar Mile, 1991 Jakarta, Indonesia
 
The was the first of three events which FSM assisted in Jakarta, Indonesia. Flynn Sports Management served as the elite athlete coordinator. The race guaranteed a one million dollar purse for anyone that broke the world record in the event.
