FSM is a sports management agency specializing in athlete representation in track and field and road racing. FSM had clients win medals in the 2004 Athens Olympic Games and the 2000 Sydney Olympics. In 1996, our client Donovan Bailey of Canada broke the world record for 100 meters on his way to earning Olympic gold in Atlanta. In the 2005 Helsinki World Championships, FSM client Lauryn Williams of the USA became the World 100m Champion and tne anchored the USA 4x100m relay team to gold. Our present client list includes Multi-time U.S. high jump champion and model Amy Acuff; U.S. mile sensation and record holder Alan Webb; World Cross Country silver medallist, marathon American Record holder and Athens Olympic Bronze Medalist Deena Drossin-Kastor; and three-time U.S. 5000 meter champion and Olympian Marla Runyan, 2004 Athens Olympic 100m Silver Medalist Lauryn Williams, 2004 Athens Olympic 200m Bronze Medalist Debbie Ferguson and 2004 Athens Olympic High Jump Silver Medalist Matt Hemingway, 2005 World Championship 200m silver medalist and 300m indoor world record holder Wallace Spearmon. Located in Gray, Tennessee, FSM was founded in 1989 by former Olympian and world-class miler Ray Flynn. For the past five years FSM has been ranked #1 in the U.S. and #4 globally among companies in track and field management.

Contract Negotiations
When it comes to contract negotiations, our main goal is to maximize our client’s earnings. Our company has negotiated contracts with Adidas, Nike, Asics, Reebok, New Balance, Lenscrafters, Kellogg’s, Powerade, Chase Manhattan, Wheaties, Bell Mobility, Verizon, Fleet Bank, Air Canada, and MTV.
Marketing & Promotion
We pride ourselves in placing our clients in the spotlight. FSM clients have appeared in Sports Illustrated, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Maxim, Glamour, Forbes, People, and Newsweek. In addition, we have organized television appearances on the Tonight Show, Discovery Channel, Good Morning America, Regis and Kathy Lee, and the Today Show. We also have relationships with some of the top speakers bureaus across the country where many of our clients regularly make motivational talks to both the corporate and private world.
Travel
We coordinate all travel and accommodation for our clients to facilitate their participation in games and competitions. In conjunction with our company travel agency, we always seek the best travel scenario for the money.
International Issues
Our clients come from around the globe. We have the experience in assisting clients with obtaining visa’s and permanent residency, as well as those issues related to passports, and area or national federations.
Finance/Accounting
While we do not internally manage our athlete’s funds, we do provide a recommended list of financial specialists available to meet your investment needs. All financial documentation is prepared and provided to our clients in a timely manner, including any foreign withholding tax documents.
Legal
Prior to execution, our legal council carefully reviews all negotiated contracts. This council also has vast experience in protecting the images and reputations of our clients.
Post Career Consultation
We recognize that sports careers do not last forever, and good advice and timing are essential in making the transition to a new career. We take time to assist our clients in making this transition smooth and timely.
